Job Summary:

Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations
•
Coordinate onboarding processes and employee documentation for new joiners
•
Assist with laptop setup and account preparation for onboarders
•
Handle intern inquiries related to passwords, accounts, and basic support matters
•
Assist in creating and preparing PowerPoint presentation slides
•
Curate and prepare Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) for internal communications
•
Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and candidate databases
•
Support recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshows, and hiring events
•
Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interview scheduling
•
Track job applications and assist with recruitment coordination
•
Support staff engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and company events
•
Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties when required
Requirements
•
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields
•
Good communication and interpersonal skills
•
Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
•
Comfortable using Google Workspace / Powerpoint
•
Able to work independently and in a team environment
