Primary Responsibilities
•
Manages, supervises, and assists the golf course maintenance department day-to-day activities through maintaining quality standards, developing and retaining maintenance employees and exceeding guest and member expectations.
•
Promotes Arcis Golf’s philosophies throughout the golf course to employees, members, and guests.
•
Assists the golf course superintendent with supervision, management, execution, and growth of the agronomy team
•
Experience, understanding, and knowledge of irrigation systems including their maintenance, repair, and operation.
•
Experienced with application equipment calibration and operation
•
Proven track-record of dependability, reliability, and great communication skills
•
Assists with golf course renovation and construction projects
Requirements
