Key Responsibilities:
•Research and analysis of Engineering data (3D CAD)
•Develop digital repair & maintenance methods
•Evaluate & develop repair concepts in EC (independently or via DVR)
•Document repair methods in the database
•Develop thorough understanding of the various carlines & engine types in MBC
•Co-ordinate with different departments for updates on the above
•Contribute to continuous improvement in the specified working area
•Research and analysis of Daimler AW-System based on MTM-Systematic
•(Optional) Planning of the AW-System for new car-models in DC-Repa (Daimler AW-Tool)
•(Optional) Derive Standard Times via MTM-Systematic (AW: repair time for workshops)
Requirements
•Min 1-3 years’ experience in the field of After Sales/technical documentation/ simulation/publication
•Good knowledge on automotive components/systems and its functioning is must
Nice to have
•Experience in repairs & maintenance of cars would be useful
•Experience in 3D CAD data analysis is a must
•Experience in any Engineering Change Management system
•Knowledge in computer programming & German language are added advantages
•(Added advantage) Knowhow of the key aftersales processes in the MB workshops is desired (e.g.: what does an MB-Technician need?)
