About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville location on Preston Highway. In this role, you’ll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a crucial part in our success by ensuring timely, safe, and professional deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
•
Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and timeframes
•
Navigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize travel time
•
Load, unload, and transport packages and products in a careful and organized manner, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
•
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and collecting payments when applicable
•
Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery confirmations, and any customer feedback or issues
•
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management immediately
•
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times
•
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
•
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions
•
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our company’s professional standards
Qualifications
