Your job is to help us turn this data into actionable interfaces for our customers.
Most startups talk about hiring for “slope over y-intercept”. At CharacterQuilt, we pride ourselves on valuing momentum over everything. We believe your growth rate (the slope) isn’t constant: you can increase it, and it’s our job to convince you that this is the best place to do it.
