Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers in managing affluent client portfolios.
•
Assist in the seamless execution of wealth management transactions, including investment products, insurance, and treasury services.
•
Facilitate client onboarding, account maintenance, and conduct regular Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews in compliance with regulatory standards.
•
Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly and professionally.
•
Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
•
Assist in preparing portfolio reports, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
•
Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or retail banking support roles.
•
Possession of relevant financial advisory and investment certifications is highly advantageous.
•
Sound understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and banking compliance regulations.
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
•
Proficiency in banking systems and standard office productivity software.
•
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
