When you join Design Group as a Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development Operations (Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, or Advanced Technology (Data Center, Semiconductor)), you join a national team of industry experts serving some of the world’s most innovative pharmaceutical, biotech, advanced therapeutics, food & beverage, data center, and semiconductor organizations. You will work closely with senior leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts across our Architecture, Engineering, Process, and Construction practices to help clients solve highly complex challenges and deliver transformative capital projects. The Senior Manager serves as an operational leader supporting the Market Sector Commercial Team leadership, ensuring processes, tools, and teams support aggressive growth targets while maintaining quality, compliance, and brand excellence.
