Responsibilities
•
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be well-versed across all resale products.
•
Provide expert guidance to the client regarding resale properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients’ needs.
•
Thoroughly assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations.
•
Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy’s guidelines.
•
Act as a liaison between the buyer and the seller through contracting procedures.
•
Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved
•
Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing, continuing to share product insights with them
Requirements
•
1+ years of resale experience.
•
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.
•
Commitment to achieving goals.
•
Passion for sales
