CPI Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical LLC is looking for an
HVAC Service/Sales Technician to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
•
Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients.
•
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
•
Provide accurate pricing estimates and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
•
Educate customers on HVAC system features, maintenance, and energy efficiency options.
•
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
•
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.

Physical Demands:
•
Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
•
May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
•
May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
•
May be required to maneuver up to 50 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
•
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
