Job Description:
The Role
Entegris is currently seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to join our Advanced Depositions Materials team, at our Burnet, TX Facility.
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept through release to high volume manufacturing. This role serves as the technical execution owner, ensuring alignment across Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to deliver ADM products that meet customer requirements for performance, quality, and scalability.
This is a hybrid opportunity, and the hired individual will be required to have regular on-site presence at our Burnet, TX Facility.
What You’ll Do
•
Drive New Product Introduction’ from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
•
Define, track, manage, and report New Product Introduction PI milestones (sampling, development, HVM)
•
Identify and mitigate technical and executions risks across development and execution phases.
•
Coordinate cross functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale
•
Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.
•
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
•
Promote data‑driven decision‑making and structured problem‑solving.
•
Aid in crafting customer communications to balance customer requirements, effective marketing of products, and strategic protection of information to maintain competitive advantage
•
Manage complex, high-impact programs that are critical to the business or customer
What We Seek
•

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $118,000-$180,000. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s overall skills and qualifications for the role.
