Youâll be the hero behind the screen, resolving issues and keeping the player experience smooth, competitive, and fun across German-speaking communities.

Player Support Questing: Solve player queries across live chat, email, and ticketing systems in German. Youâll handle everything from tricky account recoveries and billing glitches to gameplay feedback and technical bugs.

Community Vibe Patrol: Keep the gaming atmosphere positive! Help moderate community boards, identify hot trends or emerging bugs, and flag critical issues directly to the development teams.

Empathic Problem-Solving: Use modern CRM dashboards, diagnostic tools, and internal databases to deliver fast, player-first answers.

Knowledge Creation: Share ideas, update internal player guides, and directly shape how support is delivered to millions of users.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table đ

Language Power: Native or C1-level German + good conversational English (B2) for system navigation, global training, and team chat.

True Gamer DNA: You actually play games! You understand player culture, patch notes, and what a player feels like when their account gets locked out mid-ranked match.

Tech Comfort: Good basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, internet troubleshooting tools) and quick learning agility on CRM software.
