Our team is dedicated to ensuring seamless patient experiences through efficient registration, insurance verification, and financial coordination. We take pride in our role as the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their care journey.
Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients across our healthcare system. You’ll support patients, clinic staff, and medical teams by managing all aspects of patient registration, from check-in to discharge. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and excellence of patient care, making a meaningful impact every day.

What You Will Do
•
Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes.

Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
•
Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures.
•
Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center.
•
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate patient registration.
