Key Responsibilities:
•
Design and develop robust, distributed backend systems using C# and .NET (WebAPI)
•
Lead cross-functional engineering team
•
Provide guidance on software design and architecture to ensure scalability and optimal performance
•
Drive CI/CD automation and ensure smooth deployment processes
•
Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance
•
Lead efforts in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support
•
Maintain high code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing
•
Foster an environment of continuous learning by conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions and code reviews
•
Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
•
Extensive experience with C# and .NET, building REST APIs with WebAPI
•
Previous experience in a tech leadership / lead engineer role
•
Strong expertise in SQL databases and query optimization
•
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•
Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
•
Hands-on experience with Docker or other relevant containerization tools
•
Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and best practices
•
Understanding of security principles and scalable application development
•
Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing
•
Knowledge of any popular JavaScript framework (such as React) is a plus
•
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
