Job Summary:
Are you a skilled HVAC professional ready to join a top-tier company? Swan is looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician for our Loveland office. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional service and want to grow with a winning team, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
•
Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
•
Prepare cost estimates and offer recommendations to customers.
•
Perform diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC systems and plan work procedures.
•
Document services performed and recommendations made using company forms and records.
•
Ensure all tasks are completed according to company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
•
Manage truck inventory and ensure all necessary tools are available for each job.
•
Participate in ongoing training and development meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•
Experience: 2+ years as an HVAC Technician; residential sales and service experience preferred.
•
Customer Relations: Excellent at setting job expectations with customers; friendly and approachable.
•
Technical Skills: Basic math skills required, with strong analytical focus and results-oriented mindset.
•
Other: EPA Universal preferred, EPA Type 2 required. NATE certification is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
