The Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly of electronic components and systems, adhering to established quality standards and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

* Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce subassemblies or finished products.

* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble components.

* Inspect components and completed assemblies for defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

* Report any issues with parts, tools, equipment, or processes to a supervisor.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training as required.

* Meet daily production targets and contribute to overall team productivity.
