Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Responsibilities:
•
Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding customer invoices
•
Contact customers to follow up on overdue balances
•
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
•
Update account stats records and collection efforts in internal systems
•
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
•
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues
•
Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement process efficiencies
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics preferred
•
