As Tribe Lead Global Infrastructure Platform as a Service (PaaS), you will define the future of ING’s data and integration platforms, enabling innovation at scale while driving simplification, resilience and enterprise-wide impact. You will form part of the Global Infrastructure management team. Global Infrastructure is the technology backbone of ING, providing the platforms, networks, cloud services, and core technology foundations that power digital banking across the world. Automation & Orchestration sits at the heart of this landscape, defining how infrastructure is designed, automated, secured, and operated at scale.
You will lead a global tribe of around 340 engineers and technology leaders. The tribe owns the data services and integration services platforms that connect applications, power critical business processes and support the secure flow of data across ING. Working closely with business, technology, architecture and risk leaders, you will help create a more standardised, scalable and future-ready platform landscape.
