Own the End-to-End Commerce Lifecycle – Be accountable for the full catalog-to-cash journey — product information and pricing, fulfillment and inventory, payments, invoicing, and ledger — as one connected system.
Drive Platform Coherence – Ensure shared contracts like the analytics engine, layouts, and reporting are designed once and reused, so the verticals compose into a single, consistent platform rather than a set of silos.
Deliver Business Operations – Guide the PIM, pricing, taxes, channel configuration, loyalty, and analytics roadmap that lets merchants define what they sell, to whom, and at what price.
Deliver Fulfillment Operations – Steer fulfillment, inventory, and the upcoming warehousing, time-clocking, and metering charters so what was sold reliably reaches the buyer.
Deliver Finance – Own the payments, checkout, invoicing, and ledger/accounting roadmap, ensuring money moves securely and the books balance across providers and external systems like QuickBooks and Xero.
Own Outcomes & Metrics – Drive measurable growth in GMV, transaction success, merchant adoption, and reliability, using data to prioritize across a large and competing set of bets.
