•
Comprehensive UAT & Deployment Readiness: Lead the final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all customer journeys, rigorously testing logic branches, tracking links, and asset rendering across devices to ensure a “zero-defect” launch.
•
Enabler Integration: Project manage the contributions of internal “enabler” teams—including Creative, Content, and Digital Experience—to ensure their outputs are synchronized within the master campaign timeline.
•
Platform & Tool Administration: Serve as the power user and administrator for the campaign management or project tracking tools (e.g.,Workfront), maintaining real-time visibility into the campaign portfolio health.
•
Bottleneck Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify project risks or resource constraints, facilitating “stand-up” meetings or sprint reviews to resolve conflicts and keep high-priority journeys on track.
•
Quality Assurance & Brand Stewardship: Ensure all final campaign assets adhere to the firm’s visual and narrative standards, conducting final quality checks before hand-off to the Digital Experience channels.
•
Stakeholder Status Orchestration: Provide clear, consistent status reporting to BU Marketers and MCD leadership, managing expectations regarding production capacity and launch windows.
