Job Title: Lead Recruiter – Product Creation
Reports to: Manager, Talent Acquisition - Product Creation & Innovation
Location: US – Remote (Pacific Time Zone Preferred)

The Role
As Lead Recruiter, Product Creation, you’ll play a pivotal role in strategically attracting and recruiting top diverse talent for Product Management, Design, Product Development, Innovation, and Engineering functions across Footwear and Apparel Product Creation Teams. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, ensure a candidate-centric and innovative hiring process, and partner closely with hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies that select and engage top talent. Your expertise in the talent landscape and marketplace will be key to success, and you’ll contribute to the Global Talent Acquisition & People Experience team, supporting strategic initiatives and global programs.

Your Impact
•
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a smooth, efficient process and prioritizing a positive candidate experience
•
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles to meet hiring objectives
•
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by leveraging sourcing strategies and existing talent networks
•
Develop and maintain a consistent sourcing funnel, utilizing innovative methods such as talent pools, market mapping, and competitor analysis
•
Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders, including HR and Compensation, to develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
•
Keep up with market trends and industry standards to identify competitive sourcing strategies
•
Utilize a deep understanding of key business functions to ensure recruitment of candidates who align with Deckers Brands core values
•
Ensure a positive, efficient, and candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
Who You Are
•
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
•
6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a matrixed environment
•
Expertise in providing consultative support with a blend of strategic insight and operational execution
•
Proven track record in a fast-paced, diverse corporate environment
•
Experience recruiting for Product Creation roles for Performance and Fashion Footwear and Apparel
•
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to influence senior hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process

Goleta, California (Remote)
