About the role
We are looking for a Senior Agentforce Specialist to join our IPfolio product and engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how AI-powered experiences are delivered across our product by designing, building, and optimizing trusted Salesforce Agentforce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Security teams to bring AI use cases from concept to production, leveraging Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Apex, Flow, and Salesforce platform capabilities. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
•
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•
At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, and security models.
•
At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Agentforce solutions in production environments.
•
At least 2 years of experience delivering enterprise AI agent, Agentforce, conversational AI, or automation solutions from design through production deployment.
•
At least 1 year of experience building AI-powered solutions using Agentforce Builder, Prompt Builder, Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
•
At least 3 years of experience working with source-controlled development, CI/CD pipelines, production support, and AI governance practices, including data security, access controls, and performance monitoring.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have…
•
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification.
•
Salesforce Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, or related Salesforce certifications.
•
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce Knowledge, ETL platforms, or headless Agentforce implementations.
•
Experience designing multi-agent workflows and human-in-the-loop AI processes.
•
Experience with automated testing, observability, analytics, and optimization of AI agents.
•
Experience delivering AI capabilities for SaaS, ISV, or regulated enterprise products.
What will you be doing in this role?
•
Own the technical design and hands-on implementation of Agentforce solutions for prioritized IPfolio business use cases.
•
Partner with Product, Architecture, Security and domain experts to define agent goals, users, boundaries, success measures, risks and human escalation paths.
•
Build reliable agents by configuring subagents, topics, instructions, actions, channels, guardrails and deterministic logic, and connect them to Salesforce assets such as Flow, Apex, APIs and prompt templates.
•
Design grounding and retrieval strategies using approved Salesforce, Data 360, knowledge and external data sources while enforcing data quality and access controls.
•
Create reusable Prompt Builder templates and custom actions, and extend Agentforce with Apex, Flow and integrations where low-code capabilities are insufficient.
•
Define test datasets and evaluation criteria, perform positive, negative and adversarial testing, diagnose failures and refine context, prompts, actions and guardrails.
•
Implement responsible AI and security controls, including least-privilege access, data masking, auditability, safe fallback behaviour and appropriate human oversight.
•
Deploy Agentforce metadata and supporting code through source control and CI/CD, and maintain clear technical documentation and operational runbooks.
•
Monitor production behaviour, quality, adoption, latency, failures and business impact, and drive continuous improvements based on evidence and user feedback.
•
Act as the Agentforce subject-matter expert for the engineering team by establishing standards, reviewing designs and implementations, mentoring developers and sharing emerging platform practices.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time, permanent position working in the CET time zone.
