About the role
We are looking for Senior Software Engineer- Java Backend who should be passionate about software development and technology, have demonstrable technical and problem-solving skills. The candidate will show a clear understanding of development trends and a broad understanding of development paradigms. They will have excellent organizational skills, good knowledge of the full software development life cycle.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
•
Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience technologies like Java 11+, File I/O, Multi-Threading, Collections, Spring Boot, micro service architecture, AWS cloud.

What will you be doing in this role?
•
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with coding standards and write technical documentation.
•
Review other code to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
•
Defines architecture of software solution. Suggests alternative methodologies or techniques to achieving desired results.
•
Maintains knowledge of technical advances and evaluates new hardware / software for development purpose.
•
Automate tests and unit tests for assigned applications.
About the Team
You will be working as part of IP Content team wherein your focus would be to process and deliver high quality patent data from multiple input source formats. We have multiple squads each consists of Software Engineers, Testers, Lead and Release Manager.
Hours of Work
This is permanent position with Clarivate. You will be working in IST time zone. 9 hours of work per day including 1-hour lunch break. We have hybrid work model, flexible and employee friendly work environment
