We’ve recently launched a major governance and regulatory change programme—so the team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex topics.
As Compliance Specialist – Conduct & Integrity, you’ll play a key role in supporting Swift’s employee declaration processes, while also contributing to the broader Conduct & Integrity framework. You’ll help translate conduct requirements into practical policies, processes, controls and reporting that are understood, operated and embedded across the organisation.
This role is primarily focused on supporting the effective operation and continuous improvement of Swift’s employee declaration processes and related conduct controls, while providing flexible support across the broader Conduct & Integrity framework.
Working closely with stakeholders across Compliance, HR, Legal and the business, you will help ensure that conduct requirements are translated into practical processes that are understood, operated and embedded across the organisation.
