Company Description
Roland Berger, founded in 1967, is the only leading global consultancy of German heritage and European origin. With 2,400 employees working from 35 countries, we have successful operations in all major international markets. Our 52 offices are located in the key global business hubs. The consultancy is an independent partnership owned exclusively by 250 Partners.
It is our European background that makes the difference. We have a deep understanding of diverse cultures and markets. We combine European roots with pragmatism and entrepreneurial spirit. Our results turn visions into reality. This is how we create real value for our clients.
Job Description
Our Restructuring & Performance practice advises larger mid-market companies and international corporations on complex restructuring and turnaround situations across their strategic, operational and financial agenda. As part of our build-up in Greater China, you will help shape a growing team that supports both multinational groups restructuring their China operations and local champions navigating special situations.
Within holistic restructuring concepts, we define our clients’ strategic targets and create the basis for sustainable success through full liquidity transparency, competitive cost structures and a robust financing structure. We then drive implementation rigorously through our Project Management Office (PMO) and our interim management capabilities.
Our projects demand analytical and social competence alongside pragmatism, a strong bias for implementation, and experience in managing diverse stakeholders.
