This maternity cover role (a fixed-term contract of circa 12 months) sits at the heart of our Education team - you’ll take full ownership of our education content and Learning Management System (LMS) operations for the duration of the contract, working closely with our Director of Education Product Development. You’ll be bringing your experience, perspective, and ideas to the party!

This role is an Adoptive AI fluency role. That means AI is a default part of how you build and manage learning content, not an occasional add-on - you review what it produces critically before it ships, and can point to a specific workflow you’ve changed because of it.
