About the role
Help protect Vanguard and our investors through a career in cybersecurity and risk. As a Risk & Security Analyst intern in Vanguard’s College to Corporate (C2C) Internship Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the teams that safeguard our systems, data, and clients.
This immersive internship combines real-world project work, mentorship, and structured development to help you build technical, analytical, and business skills while developing foundational leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
In this internship you will:
•
Support efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity and operational risks
•
Analyze potential threats, vulnerabilities, and fraud-related activity
•
Assist in developing reports, dashboards, or insights that support risk-informed decision-making
•
Partner with security, technology, and business teams to strengthen controls and processes
•
Gain exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, risk management practices, and digital ethics
•
Collaborate with Agile teams to contribute to ongoing initiatives and solutions
•
Build connections with peers, mentors, and leaders across Vanguard
•
Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to support your development
What it takes:
