The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all tasks and activities under this assignment and will be responsible for preparing the deliverables and presenting these to FRA. The candidate shall be responsible for carrying out the data analysis and preparing the Asset Maintenance and Renewal Program. The candidate shall have a master’s degree or higher in civil engineering, transport economics or other relevant fields. The candidate shall have demonstrable experience with asset management and maintenance planning, including extensive experience in the road sector. The candidate shall be well versed in the use of HDM4 and be able to use this software to prepare annual and multiannual work plans as well as carry out a strategy analysis at road network level. The candidate shall preferably have experience working with AWM/RAMM software, specifically the Asset Manager module.
