We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP Finance and Controlling processes, implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO, with a good understanding of end-to-end financial business processes. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Automotive industry experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have worked with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive-related organizations.
Key Responsibilities
•
Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
•
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
•
Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
•
Configure and support:
•
General Ledger (GL)
•
Accounts Payable (AP)
•
Accounts Receivable (AR)
•
Asset Accounting (AA)
•
Bank Accounting
•
Tax configuration
•
Cost Center Accounting
•
Profit Center Accounting
•
Internal Orders
•
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
•
Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
•
Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and/or transformation projects.
•
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
•
Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
•
Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
•
Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training.
•
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
•
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants.
Requirements
•
5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
•
Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO.
•
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
•
Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial accounting and controlling processes.
•
Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
•
Good understanding of integration between FICO and other SAP modules.
•
Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
•
Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent English communication skills.
Automotive Experience – Preferred
•
Automotive industry experience is preferred.
•
Experience working with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive service organizations is an advantage.
•
Understanding of automotive financial processes and business operations is a plus.
•
Candidates with experience supporting SAP FICO within an automotive environment will be highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
•
SAP FICO/SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage.
•
Experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
