How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
■ 計畫目標
．實習期間： 自 7/1 起，為期 6 至 12 個月。(依職位而訂)
．出勤要求： 每週需出勤 20 小時。
．核心任務： 運用或開發 AI 工具，進行流程簡化，提升職場營運效率。
．申請資格： 在學中之大學部或研究所學生。

．企業溝通：1年期實習、台北內湖辦公室
．產品及業務管理：6個月實習、台北內湖辦公室
．環境安全衛生：6個月實習、高雄楠梓辦公室
．供應鏈管理：1年期實習、新竹竹北辦公室
．建廠專案工程：1年期實習、新竹竹北辦公室
．生產製造管理：
(1) 1年期、高雄楠梓辦公室
(2) 1年期、新竹竹科廠
(3) 6個月實習、台中梧棲廠

Responsibilities
​．企業溝通**：**運用AI工具或撰寫程式，優化企業溝通素材、進行海內外新聞監測及彙整報告、內部溝通及活動設計執行。
．產品及業務管理**：** 運用 AI 工具推動合約管理自動化，並分析定價一致性與銷售流程效率。
．**環境安全衛生：**運用AI、撰寫程式及視覺化工具，優化或自動化環安衛相關管理機制及流程。
．**供應鏈管理：**集團供應鏈數位系統平台導入前置作業、上線前測試、上線後優化。
．**建廠專案工程：**參與氣體建廠專案，透過 AI 技術建立實務知識庫，並開發風險預警與成本預測模型優化效率。
．生產製造管理：
(1) 高雄辦公室： 廠務管理系統自動化與數位轉型，建立備品、碳排、能耗與巡檢等數據化整合與異常追蹤平台。
(2) **竹科廠：**運用AI、撰寫程式及視覺化工具，優化或自動化生產及製程管理流程與報表。
(3) **梧棲廠：**生產及產品管理數位化專案執行及持續性改善、新產品導入方法分析及應用。

．Manufacturing Management:
(1) 1-year internship, Nantze Office (Kaohsiung)
(2) 1-year internship, Hsinchu Science Park Plant (Hsinchu)
(3) 6-month internship, Wuqi Plant (Taichung)

■ Job Description
．Corporate Communications & Optimization: Utilize AI tools or programming to optimize corporate communication materials, conduct domestic and international news monitoring and report synthesis, and execute internal communications and event design.
．Product & Business Management: Leverage AI tools to drive contract management automation and analyze pricing consistency and sales process efficiency.
．Environmental Health and Safety (EHS): Apply AI, programming, and data visualization tools to optimize or automate EHS-related management mechanisms and workflows.
．Supply Chain Management: Manage preparatory work, pre-launch testing, and post-launch optimization for the implementation of the group’s digital supply chain platform.
．Plant Construction Project Engineering: Participate in gas plant construction projects; utilize AI technology to establish practical knowledge bases and develop risk early-warning and cost-prediction models to enhance operational efficiency.
．Production & Manufacturing Management:
(1) Kaohsiung Office: Drive automation and digital transformation of facility management systems; establish a digitized integration and anomaly-tracking platform for spare parts, carbon emissions, energy consumption, and inspections.
(2) Hsinchu Plant: Utilize AI, programming, and visualization tools to optimize or automate production and process management workflows and reporting.
(3) Wuqi Plant: Execute digitalization projects and continuous improvements for production and product management; analyze and apply methodologies for New Product Introduction (NPI).
