Performs and supports corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the reliable operation of instrumentation, control systems, and industrial automation equipment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Supervise contractors during the execution of maintenance activities and projects related to industrial automation, electronics, and instrumentation.
•
Diagnose and troubleshoot automation systems and standard electronic circuits.
•
Calibrate, maintain, and repair field instruments and sensors measuring process variables such as flow, level, temperature, pressure, and other industrial parameters.
•
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair control circuits and electronic boards.
•
Modify electrical control panels, instrumentation wiring, and related installations.
•
Prepare technical reports and accurately document maintenance activities, findings, and equipment history.
•
Ensure full compliance with the company’s Quality, Health & Safety (QHSE) standards and procedures.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
•
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment or a similar instrumentation and automation role.
•
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and logic diagrams.
•
Hands-on experience with industrial communication networks such as Ethernet, Profibus, and Modbus.
•
Experience with Siemens PLCs (SIMATIC Manager) and SCADA systems.
•
Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and instrumentation.
•
Good understanding of industrial maintenance practices, troubleshooting methodologies, and electronic control systems.
•
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
