DESCRIPTION:
Join us at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Injection Molding Engineering Technician and contribute to our mission to advance health, environmental, and safety initiatives. In this key role, you’ll ensure optimal equipment performance and maintenance while supporting continuous improvement in our manufacturing facilities.
The Injection Molding Engineering Technician supports Process Engineering in the development, execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting of injection molding processes.
Responsibilities
This hands-on role supports mold trials, process development, engineering studies, validation runs, and continuous improvement activities, including machine setup, mold installation, and operation of injection molding equipment.

Required Qualifications
•
4+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment.
•
Experience with mold setup, machine start-up, process development, process monitoring, and troubleshooting of injection molding processes.
•
Solid understanding of injection molding fundamentals, including fill, pack/hold, cooling, and key process parameters.
•
