Responsibilities
•
Identify and pursue account growth opportunities while handling various customer service and support activities to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring responsiveness, trust, and strategic alignment.
•
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, budget, and goals.
•
Regularly meet with clients to discuss their requirements and explain how our plans align with their objectives.
•
Balance both retention and growth, with a clearly defined goal related to revenue growth.
•
Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about relevant updates, changes, and opportunities.
•
Proactively share valuable insights and unique perspectives to help improve clients’ business.
•
Act as a trusted partner and advisor who genuinely wants to help clients succeed.
•
Maintain comprehensive customer records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
Requirements
•
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or related field.
•
Preferably, at least 2 years of work experience in Sales or as an Account Manager within a related industry.
•
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
•
Knowledge of market dynamics in financial services is preferred.
•
Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
