IMEG is hiring a Client Engagement Coordinator in Boston, MA, to support local Client Executives and project teams in strengthening existing client relationships and ensuring effective local engagement. This team-based role supports responsive client service, accurate Salesforce data, and efficient proposal coordination.
You will coordinate client-facing events, procurement and proposal activities, client meetings, and opportunity tracking while collaborating with corporate marketing and business development resources. The team supports education work and broader institutional renovation efforts.

What You’ll Do
•
Represent the local team in community, client, and industry activities.
•
Plan and coordinate local client-facing events, industry conferences, and team-hosted presentations.
•
Track local event participation and maintain Salesforce data for budgeting and reporting.
•
Support client and project procurement processes, including monitoring request-for-quote and bid sites and maintaining vendor and client portal registrations.
•
Serve as the team’s Salesforce Power User, supporting accurate client and project data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking, and basic user needs.
•
Provide research, scheduling, and administrative support for client meetings, including materials preparation and action-item documentation.
•
Coordinate semi-annual updates to team staff resumes, Workday credentials, and project experience records.
•
Compile qualifications and proposal materials using the Central Qualifications Library in collaboration with corporate marketing and business development resources.
•
Track Salesforce opportunities, deadlines, and milestones to support responsiveness.

•
The team supports education work centered on K-12 and higher education renovations, labs, libraries, accessibility, and campus system upgrades, with electrical work often supported by broader MEP scope.
•
The team also supports studies, security, audio/visual, energy modeling, and occasional commissioning or retro-commissioning for public-sector and transportation-related work.
•
Recent work includes Braintree Emergency Lighting, Transportation; VA Brockton Bldg 2, Government (Federal); and VAME Togus CLC, Government (Federal).

State of Massachusetts Salary Range: $100,000–$130,000 per year

The range listed above represents the base pay IMEG reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position in the work location identified above at the time of posting. For positions available in multiple locations, the minimums and maximums may vary based on work location.
Individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, abilities, and licensure and certifications.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
