Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
•
Oversee mechanical works on site and ensure activities are carried out according to the project schedule and technical requirements.
•
Coordinate ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary works with the site team and other trades.
•
Review construction drawings and provide technical support when site issues arise.
•
Work with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve coordination and installation matters.
•
Plan upcoming site activities, including manpower, materials, and work sequences.
•
Keep track of work progress and follow up on outstanding items to avoid delays.
•
Arrange and attend inspections with the relevant project parties.
•
Follow up on defects, rectification works, and technical comments until closure.
•
Support testing and commissioning activities as the project progresses towards completion.
•
Maintain proper project documentation and records for assigned works.
