About The Role
Konrad is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy team. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through medium and large-scale digital and AI projects, and guide clients through design thinking to deliver cutting-edge experiences that put AI to work where it creates real value.
What You’ll Do
•
Support engagement leads on projects ranging from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital and AI transformations
•
Shape and create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries
•
Lead strategy and design thinking workshops with clients, including helping them find and prioritize digital and AI opportunities
•
Interpret client business challenges and work with design and technology teams to solve them
•
Make sure client goals and project timelines are met
•
Act as a thought leader on emerging digital and AI trends, for clients and within Konrad
•
Create presentations, documentation and proposal responses, using digital and AI tools to work efficiently
•
Mentor junior team members, including helping them use AI tools well in their day-to-day work
Qualifications
