• Create recurring executive-level reporting that consolidates results from functions across the organization into a single view for the CEO and the Executive Committee.
• Establish and manage the reporting intake process, including metric definitions, data owners, submission deadlines, and version control, so that each reporting cycle runs on a repeatable process.
• Reconcile inconsistencies between functional submissions with the source owner before reporting moves forward, and standardize report formats so results are comparable period over period and across business units.
• Support CEO-level questions on any aspects of the business: operational, people, financial, etc.
• Conduct competitive and industry benchmarking against network and low-cost carriers, and translate findings into implications for Allegiant rather than data summaries.
• Prepare executive-level materials including Board presentations, Team Member town hall content, earnings support materials, and internal leadership updates.
• Develop briefing memos and pre-read packets ahead of CEO meetings, external appearances, and investor engagements.
• Verify that figures cited in executive-facing materials trace to an identified owner and source, and flag placeholders and unverified claims before materials are circulated.
• Support Chief of Staff to manage the action item pipeline from the CEO agenda, including follow-up with owners and status reporting, and track progress against annual company goals and integration milestones.
• Model Allegiant’s leadership norms and commitment to excellence.
