About the role
Join Aprio’s Business Operations - Finance Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Director, FP&A Workforce Planningto join their dynamic team.
Position Responsibilities:
•
Own and oversee the firm’s workforce planning function, setting direction across data integrity and workforce strategy.
•
Lead Workday data cleanup and hygiene efforts, leveraging offshore and junior resources and automation to ensure accurate, reliable workforce data.
•
Develop workforce models and scenario analyses that quantify the impact of offshoring and automation on capacity, cost, and capability.
•
Partner with business leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable plans that create measurable value.
•
Define and track KPIs for workforce data quality and workforce planning effectiveness.
•
Build, mentor, and manage a team that spans onshore and offshore resources.
•
Identify and champion automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, HR, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
•
7+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, FP&A, people analytics, or a related discipline, including team leadership.
•
Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM and/or reporting) strongly preferred.
•
Demonstrated experience designing workforce or capacity models and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
•
Experience leveraging offshore teams and automation to scale operations.
•
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
•
