Position Summary
Responsibilities
•
Setup parameter for test equipment.
•
Resolve problem and maintenance test equipment, test fixture as schedule.
•
Support and resolve problem regarding to technical on production process.
•
Follow up with improvement projects as assignment from Engineer.
•
Create eMOI for new product
•
Training Operator
•
The PCB Process Technician supports the daily operation
•
Operate and monitor equipment such as SMT pick-and-place, reflow ovens, wave soldering, AOI, and selective soldering systems.
•
Perform solder paste inspection, stencil cleaning, and machine setup/changeover.
•
Assist with line troubleshooting to reduce downtime and improve yields.
•
Support first article builds and process validation for new products.
•
Collect data on process performance and assist engineers with yield and defect analysis.
•
Follow IPC-A-610 standards for visual inspection and quality control.
•
Maintain ESD-safe working conditions and handle components appropriately.
