Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.
Salary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience)
About the role
The Requirements Analyst III supports the Navy by eliciting, analyzing, and managing system and operational requirements for IT, cybersecurity, and engineering solutions supporting global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. This role ensures requirements are accurately defined, traceable, and aligned with mission and contractual objectives.
Essential Functions:
•
Lead requirements elicitation activities with stakeholders to define system, operational, and technical requirements.
•
Analyze and document requirements using structured methodologies (e.g., use cases, user stories, functional specifications).
•
Ensure requirements traceability from initial definition through implementation and validation.
•
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure requirements are feasible and aligned with system architecture.
•
Manage requirements changes and maintain configuration control of requirements documentation.
•
Support development of system specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and design artifacts.
•
Participate in system testing, validation, and verification activities to ensure requirements are met.
•
Support audits, reviews, and contract deliverables related to requirements management.
•
Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and program standards and processes.
•
Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Required:
•
5–7 years of experience in requirements analysis, systems engineering, or related field.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•

•
Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, JIRA, Confluence).
•

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
