Collaborate with the Trading Desk to manage the firm’s capital and liquidity.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of RWA, Realignment, Triparty, and Recalls.
Oversee daily exposure coverage for bond borrowings with counterparties.
Ensure accurate booking and confirmation of loans and pledges by coordinating with internal systems, middle office, and counterparties.
Optimize cash and securities utilization to minimize unencumbered balances.
Resolve settlement and confirmation issues efficiently, working with relevant teams to address breaks.
Maintain and enhance operational controls; lead critical projects and process improvements with IT and project teams.
Analyze complex issues, deliver actionable solutions, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Assess risk implications from an operational perspective.
Coordinate with other operations groups to ensure accurate trade processing and reporting.
