Job Details:
Summary
The Manufacturing Technician will process product and assist with process development across multiple sectors for Nuvotronics’ PolyStrata® technology. This individual may act as the shift lead and as the key communicator between shift staff and Operations Management. The Technician will gain proficiency in the required process areas (Photo, Plating, etc.) and process product as needed according to priorities and per quality requirements. The Technician will also assist Engineering in performing DOEs and in data collection for new development and continual process improvement.
