What You’ll Do
As an Engineering Manager for the Gateway Security team, you will be instrumental in forming and scaling high-performing teams, offering dedicated support for individual growth and career progression. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams distributed globally, including Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers, to define project milestones and deliverables.
•
Engage closely with the HR and Recruitment teams to attract, onboard, scale, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
•
Have experience managing teams working at scale with on prem and/or cloud technologies
•
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
•
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
•
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging standards and best practices, to maintain high-quality software development.
•
Monitor and analyze AWS usage, working with senior management and engineer teams to provide recommendations for cost savings.
