[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience across a diverse range of digital products supporting the Municipal Services Office (MSO), Ministry of National Development (MND), spanning public-facing websites and mobile applications, backend operational processes, and enforcement workflows serving government officers, town councils, and members of the public.
As the dedicated designer for this product, you will shape problem framing, user journeys, and design direction from discovery through delivery, while contributing to and evolving design patterns and standards aligned with Government Digital Service Standards. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how businesses and internal users interact with government digital services.
You will work as part of a cross-functional product team, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, with autonomy over design direction and professional mentorship from the Design Lead.
