Experience ensuring platform scalability through capacity planning, auto-scaling strategy implementation, and performance optimization
Experience supporting multi-zone / multi-region architectures and disaster recovery strategies
Experience monitoring infrastructure health, transaction performance, and system utilization to proactively identify operational risks
Experience troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis with preventive improvement actions
