• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, business, finance, data/analytics)
• Recent graduate profile welcomed; prior internship experience in transparency, compliance, or healthcare regulatory reporting is a strong plus
• Initial exposure to EFPIA Disclosure Code principles and/or country-specific transparency operations (e.g. Sanità Trasparente in Italy) is a plus
• Familiarity with basic data collection and quality-check practices, gained through academic work, internship, or equivalent experience
• No prior people coordination experience required; this is a Level 1, individual-contributor entry position
Fluency in English and Italian Language(Italian National Preferred ), written and verbal, is essential, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively in a corporate and cross-functional environment.
