•
Adjust production plans and schedules as demand, capacity, material availability, inventory position, and customer priorities change.
•
Own inventory accuracy for raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, consignment inventory, and obsolete, excess, or slow-moving inventory.
•
Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
•
Lead month-end and year-end inventory activities in partnership with Operations, Accounting, and Supply Chain.
•
Establish finished-goods inventory targets that support service-level requirements while limiting excess inventory.
•
Monitor schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, inventory turns, product availability, and customer-service performance; identify gaps and lead corrective actions.
•
Maintain Bills of Material, manufacturing routings, item-master data, branch-plant setup, inventory parameters, and related product records in JD Edwards.
•
Support new-item creation, new-product introductions, engineering changes, and product revisions.
•
Lead, coach, train, and develop planning and inventory-control employees.
•
Improve planning, scheduling, inventory, master-data, and system processes through data analysis, standard work, and cross-functional problem-solving.
