About the company
BE Fit Physical Therapy, serving the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire, provides individualized, one-on-one care focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Our team is dedicated to helping patients stay active and achieve their goals through high-quality, personalized treatment. We foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where clinicians can build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact every day.
About Our Clinical Affiliation Program
BeFit Physical Therapy is honored to partner with the nation’s top PT, PTA, OT and SLP programs and provide aspiring clinicians with a unique, hands-on learning experience where you will learn, grow and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
About the role
Through our partnership with Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, we offer students two rotation options to complement the classroom setting:
•
Outpatient: make an impact on a patient population of all ages. Work side-by-side with your Clinical Instructor (Ci), learning and treating a variety of conditions and diagnoses including arthritis, chronic pain, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, pre-post surgery, sports injuries, vestibular and balance, and women’s health.
•
Senior Therapy: make an impact and provide access to care to a geriatric population living in Assisted Living and Memory Care locations. Work side-by- side with your CI, learning and treating a variety of conditions and offering programs for activities of daily living, fall prevention, functional mobility, movement disorders, orthopedic injuries, vestibular and balance.
Throughout your time with us, we encourage you to ask questions, engage with patients, and immerse yourself in the practical aspects of your field. Your CI is eager to share their knowledge and expertise. Our goal is to provide you a transformative and enriching experience so that you leave understanding what great patient care is and feeling inspired and ready to make a positive impact, wherever you may practice next.
