Schedule & Compensation:

Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
•
Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
•
Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies

Job Description
•
Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
•
Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.
•
Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
•
Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.
Qualifications
•
High school diploma or GED equivalency required
•
Valid Driver’s License
•
Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required
•
EPA Universal Certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
