About the Role
Champions Club is looking for Cooks to join our growing team. As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. You’ll help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation and that yourself and the team are following food storage procedures.
This is a part-time position, working approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Essential Functions
•
Set up stations with all necessary supplies
•
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, accommodating food allergen requirements
•
Follow proper cooking techniques for all dishes
•
Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
•
Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock
•
Practice correct food handling procedures according to company and state regulations
Responsibilities
•
Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations
•
Maintain a positive and respectful approach with both customers and fellow employees
•
Report all unsafe working conditions, operational needs, and equipment or areas of the kitchen in need of repair to management
Experience & Skills
•
Must be 18 years or older
•
Food Handler’s Certification
•

•
