We have an opportunity for a Production Assembler to join our Moorpark, CA team. You will assist in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products by performing line assembly operations to produce and assemble through Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.
You will:
•
Be responsible for correctly, documenting and handling of parts.
•
Assemble parts on a very fast-paced line to meet daily production quotas.
•
Heavy lifting throughout shift - repetitive lifting of 50 pounds from floor to waist.
•
Flexibility to rotate on the line.
•
Be packing small components and packaging operations.
•
Must be capable of performing a variety of production operations incidental to the manufacturing of various items or devices produced in the department.
•
Must be able to use fine hand manipulation.
•
Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
•
High School Degree or Equivalent Preferred.
•
Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment
•
Previous experience in production and/or assembly position.
•

Shift:
•
1st shift, 4am start time (working 10-12 hour shifts)
•
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
•
In order to accommodate the needs of our business, it may be necessary to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis.
Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is $19.65/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
